There is something wrong with my order/my item is damaged/Can I return an item?

If you have a query regarding your order please drop us an email at info@kionibay.co.uk and a member of our team will be in touch

If you receive an item that is damaged please email as soon as possible attaching a photograph of the item. We will then send you details of where you will need to return your item for a replacement or refund.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item please drop us an email at info@kionibay.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must provide proof of purchase and return you item to us within 28 days. Once received we will process a refund within 7 working days. Items returned after 28 days will not be eligible for a refund

To start a return you can contact us on the above email. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. We are a small family run business therefore it will be your responsibility to pay the cost of returning item

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
